We are looking for a Warehouse & Facilities Supervisor to join our Canadian Distribution team. Reporting to the Canadian Warehouse Operations Manager this position will be responsible for planning, organizing and monitoring the administration and operational activities associated with the warehouse; handling and distribution of over 2,500 SKUs to our customers across Canada. The Canadian warehouse is approximately 24,000 sq. ft. and you will be responsible to manage a team of 10+ full time and student warehouse associates. 
In addition to the day to day operation of the warehouse this position is accountable for managing corporate facilities; internal (office and warehouse space) and external maintenance, liaising with contractors for minor repairs etc. Due to the facilities & security responsibilities, the successful candidate must be available after hours.
The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations management, including; day to day pick/pack, shipping and receiving operations, inventory management techniques, and metric management. Experience with a RF WMS (Radio Frequency Warehouse Management System) and forklift license is required. You will also be proficient in Microsoft Office, with intermediate Excel skills.
Qualifications for this position include a post secondary degree – ideally with a focus in Business and/or Logistics plus a minimum of 5 years related experience leading a team. Previous experience with Health and Safety as well as ISO is preferred.
A passion for customer service and well developed communication skills are a must. This position will be required to liaise with the Canadian Corporate Office, as well as the US and UK warehouses. Candidates must thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and be capable of fostering team building within the facility and the business.
