Reporting directly to the Executive Assistant, the Senior Administrative Assistant
will be accountable for supporting the Senior Leadership Team. Focus will be on calendar maintenance, event organization, travel arrangements, expense reports, corporate donation requests, virtual files and accountability for presentation supplies (notes, AV, etc.) for the Senior Executives.
- Book boardrooms, conference space, catering and travel for Executive and Senior Leadership
- Attend meetings, prepare presentations, and capture action items for follow up
- Arrange international travel details
- Manage corporate calendar
- Monitor, track, and follow-up on donation requests
- Any additional support requested by the Senior Executive Team or Executive Assistant

In addition, the successful candidate will have above average Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and advanced Excel.
The ideal candidate will have Post-Secondary education in a related discipline.
