Global Marketing Communications Manager

The Global Marketing Communications Manager is accountable for identifying, developing, overseeing, and analyzing the effectiveness of all our marketing content which exists primarily in digital form. This will include our web ecosystem (tools, portals & website), ecommerce capabilities, SEO & PPC, social media and e-marketing. Our website plays a critical role in providing information, generating brand awareness and acts as a sales channel generating revenue for the business. In addition, this role will be responsible for the development of brand and other marketing materials to support our channel and direct marketing plans including collateral and advertising, ensuring all communications resonate with customers in all languages and markets.

Responsibilities include the following:
  • Optimizes the website from a marketing perspective
  • Runs programs to generate high quality traffic to the website
  • Build web based metrics to optimize user experience
  • Build web based customer tools to increase engagement and revenues
  • Develop and maintain company’s social media content
  • Manage all paid search and SEO programs
  • Manage accuracy, freshness and effectiveness of content throughout the website
  • Working with our Global Manager of Customer Insights and Creative Communications, make the web-site as informative and user-friendly as possible
  • Content creation for social networking and blogs
  • Web analytics and reporting
  • Oversee the development of collateral and sales tools to support direct and channel marketing plans
  • Ensure brand and other marketing messages resonate with customers in all languages and countries.

Education and/or Experience
  • Undergraduate or Master’s degree in business and/or marketing
  • Minimum 3-5 years of digital marketing program experience
  • Google Analytics knowledge
  • B2B, global experience
  • Must be creative yet logical and business oriented
  • Yearning to build and constantly upgrade a world class digital marketing platform
  • Proven track record in leading and working effectively with cross-functional teams including sales, product management, marketing and IT
  • Strong writing skills are imperative
  • Strong people leadership skills
